I am a Consulting Business Manager with over 20 years' experience in computer software companies, including long tenures with global leaders such as Siebel, Oracle and SAP. I combine Professional Services and Project Management expertise with a strong commercial focus on driving revenue and margin.

I founded JDC Consulting to provide technology consultancy and interim management, helping customers accelerate cloud adoption, simplify technology landscapes and realize rapid ROI. I have led major platform and data migration programs using Agile methods and tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS Teams.

In market-facing roles I have owned sales and professional services strategies across Iberia, personally managing executive relationships and consistently over-performing targets (notable professional services sales milestones cited at Oracle and Siebel).
