I’m a Human Resources professional and consultant with more than 9 years in strategic talent management across real business environments. I collaborate with individuals and organizations to unlock full potential through collaboration, continuous learning, and effective leadership.

In talent acquisition and development, I’ve supported executive, manager, and team success by tackling conflict, running talent acquisition processes, and strengthening talent development. I’ve led organizational transformations and implemented agile practices, while developing HR systems and supporting areas like contracts, labor legislation, and internal policies.

My experience includes recruiting in fast-paced environments—supporting sales hiring, leading teams, and improving retention. I’ve also built HR capability from the ground up, including recruitment and ongoing sales force training that contributed to strong revenue outcomes.

Alongside consulting, I design and facilitate coaching programs for public and private organizations, delivering both individual and group coaching hours. As a speaker and corporate trainer, I share knowledge on leadership, agility, innovation, conflict resolution, workplace mental health, and organizational transformation.
