What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead transformation, portfolio, change management, and organizational development initiatives where I can connect people, technology, and business outcomes across complex teams and operations.

I've led transformation projects and multi-client SaaS portfolios across LATAM, managing schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and executive reporting for digital learning and knowledge-management initiatives at Wikiflix SpA.

I deliver end-to-end projects for regulated B2B organizations in mining, banking, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and consumer goods. My work combines agile, traditional, and hybrid delivery methods with change management, LMS implementation, audiovisual transformation, critical knowledge capture, and operational workflow automation.

Previously, I led HR and organizational development at Spread and Fracttal, supporting logistics scale-up and SaaS expansion across Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. I implemented BUK from scratch, built an online training academy, led remote-work change management, and recruited technical and product talent.

As an organizational psychologist, I connect people, culture, and structured execution through stakeholder management, competency-based management, people analytics, and customer experience methods.
