At Teleperformance, I led staffing, training and development, and internal marketing for a 1,500-person, two-site operation. I recruited 1,100+ representatives annually, managed ramp-ups of 100+ hires per week, and redesigned tech-support hiring to cut attrition by 15%.

At Polaris, later acquired by IQVIA, I recruited for hard-to-fill technology roles during a high-growth period and built a software certification program that reduced new-consultant ramp-up time from months to weeks. I also designed annual LMS training and covered the HR Director role during maternity leave.

Today, I design leadership development programs and diagnostic tools for newly promoted managers, combining structured coursework with individual coaching. My background in psychology and graduate training in HR management shape how I build practical systems for hiring, development, performance, and promotion.
