What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my patient care and administrative skills in a supportive healthcare environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

I am a dedicated Patient Care Technician with extensive experience in both acute and chronic patient care settings. Currently, I work at Fresenius Medical Services, where I am responsible for taking vital signs, setting up and tearing down machines, and documenting patient information on EMR. My role also includes being a Junior Internal Auditor, where I identify and communicate auditing findings to senior management, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Previously, I worked at Rogosin West Side Dialysis, where I honed my skills in patient care and EMR documentation. My experience in customer service roles at Compare Supermarkets and C-Town Supermarket has further developed my ability to engage with clients effectively and address their concerns promptly. I am fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows me to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
