What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Support Specialist with hands-on experience resolving technical issues for real customers, from help desk support to desktop support and software troubleshooting. I focus on clear communication and fast, accurate fixes that keep people moving.
In my most recent roles at Concentrix-Winnipeg and Skybridge Americas-Winnipeg, I handled technical support and customer communication to resolve issues. I also built strong grounding across “Network Support,” “Help Desk,” and “Technical Support,” using tools and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve problems.
Before that, I supported people in high-pressure situations with the Red cross-Winnipeg, including mobile support for evacuees and decommissioning shelters. I also brought dependable customer service and operational care through roles like Store Associate at Salvation Army Thrift Store, including replenishing inventory, preventing shrinkage through monitoring, and maintaining store presentation.
I bring personal technical initiative too—I “currently own a custom computer” and have worked with Windows 7, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Through cyber security learning (including a class exercise where I helped repair a computer while people attempted to break in), I’ve proven I can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems while staying calm, responsible, and trustworthy.
