Barbara Oliveira

I’m a customer service and administrative support professional with experience in operational assistance, document organization, data entry, and client relationship management. I’m known for clear communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with responsibility.

Since July 2023, I’ve worked as an Examination Assistant, supporting patients with guidance and customer service while helping manage scheduling and demand. I handle data entry and information updates in systems, perform document control and verification, and provide administrative support to internal teams as part of daily operational routines.

Before that, I completed internships at São Camilo Hospital and São Paulo Air Force Hospital (HFASP), where I supported customer assistance, verified documents and forms, and organized files and information. These roles strengthened my system proficiency, problem-solving, and organizational skills—making me ready for remote Home Office opportunities in customer service, back office, and data entry.
