I'm looking for a customer service or administrative role where I can use bilingual communication, CRM accuracy, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment while continuing to grow with new technologies.

I've supported U.S. and Canadian customers at Teleperformance, handling high-volume calls, reservations, modifications, cancellations, billing inquiries, and payment issues while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Previously, I resolved account-access, payment, card-request, and account-update issues at AEC Contact Center. I also provide administrative support at the Legislative Assembly of the State of Paraíba, maintaining spreadsheets and databases, verifying documents, entering data, and helping organize internal workflows.
