What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product, portfolio and go-to-market marketing in a complex, growth-focused environment where I can align cross-functional teams, use customer insight to shape clearer propositions, and drive commercial outcomes through change.

I'm leading product and portfolio marketing at City & Guilds and ILM across a £20m+ multi-sector portfolio of 50+ products. I set direction for positioning, go-to-market, investment and growth alongside Product, Sales and insight teams.

I created and launched a short-course category that reached around 15% adoption in three months against a 10% target, creating a repeatable model for seven-plus launches. I’ve also helped recover priority portfolios through customer insight, product changes and sharper propositions, supporting 1–2% year-on-year market-share recovery in some areas.

Previously at Kineo, I led global product marketing for SaaS learning platforms and content portfolios across the UK, US and APAC. I repositioned Kineo’s learning platform proposition, exceeded annual MQL targets, secured the team’s first partner co-investment, and improved Sales and Marketing alignment across the funnel.

Across 14+ years in B2B and B2B2C marketing, I’ve progressed from regional to international and global responsibility across education, technology, engineering, hospitality, health and social care, and beauty.
