As a manager at TJ Enter Trade (Stationary & Restaurant), I run day-to-day shop operations while staying hands-on with production work, including making window and door frames. I’m known for working effectively with minimal supervision and delivering results even under pressure.

I manage employees across both shops and handle daily sales and transactions on behalf of the business. I also take responsibility for all business stocks, prepare purchase orders, and manage petty cash to keep operations accurate and controlled.

I communicate consistently with the director, updating them on daily transactions and inventory. I also handle marketing business products and services to walk-in customers, conduct market analysis, and support customer engagement by handling queries and complaints.

Beyond operations, I bring creativity and discipline through producing music, and I continue to apply my craft background in metal fabrication. I’m driven by strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a practical, customer-focused approach to improving business performance.
