I am a mechanical engineer with a passion for understanding how mechanical systems work and making them work efficiently. With experience working at Mopani Copper Mines and Epiroc, I have developed my skills in communication, self-discipline, and organization. I use my own initiative when working on tasks and have learned to work well with others to accomplish tasks within set deadlines.
As a postgraduate, I have developed a deeper understanding of the structures and details required to work towards specified objectives. This includes understanding how a business runs from the marketing, supply, and financial side of the company, as well as working with a team and learning from other colleagues' experiences and understanding different cultures.
I have led 450 people in the Parts and Service Division, and my experience now includes leading teams and working towards achieving business objectives.
