I am an experienced operations and sales manager with a background spanning retail management, sales and marketing, and expatriate administration across Zambia and China. I bring a consistent focus on honesty, efficiency, and teamwork to every role I undertake.

As Manager at Jotuna Enterprises since 2013, I have overseen staff management, supplier and client relations, quality control, and sales team performance to drive yearly profit improvements. Previously I led sales and marketing for Southern Africa at Omoto International, managing client communications and market-fit product recommendations.

I have hands-on teaching experience in English education where I recruited and managed foreign teachers and delivered engaging, student-centered lessons. In corporate settings I have coordinated guest services and managed expatriate receiving, orientation, and immigration compliance for large projects.

I am computer literate with strengths in data entry, Microsoft Office, time management, and clear communication, and I am committed to continuous learning and contributing positively to organizational culture and objectives.
