As a Dropshipping Shopify Email Support VA, I tracked orders, managed refund requests and status updates, updated SOPs, and maintained Excel trackers for refunds, sales, and exchanges. I also created and processed customer orders, updated invoices, and maintained accurate customer records as a Data Entry Virtual Assistant.
