At Wayno, I founded and operated a growth marketing agency focused on helping businesses improve customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue operations.

I planned, launched, and optimized campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including audience targeting, bidding, creative testing, and landing-page conversion optimization.

I built analytics and attribution frameworks that connected advertising data with HubSpot and Pipedrive, helping evaluate lead quality and track pipeline and sales outcomes.

I also developed dashboards to show acquisition costs, pipeline velocity, and closed revenue. My published research explored data prediction using multilayer perceptron neural networks.
