What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply operations, data, and automation experience to solve practical business problems, improve processes across teams, and deliver technology-enabled operational improvements.

At YCH Group, I built and stabilised a three-site, 10,000+ pallet operation from the ground up and progressed to lead a 14-person team across three functions. I also deputise across a wider 30+ member operation while keeping live logistics operations moving.

I work across Operations, IT, customers, and management to turn operational problems into implemented solutions. I've integrated fragmented SAP, WMS, and operational data into automated Excel and Power Query reporting, automated milestone workflows with Power Automate, and translated management reporting needs into Power BI requirements and KPIs.

My experience also includes diagnosing manual billing processes, developing automation business cases, co-leading a 400+ shelf goods-to-person migration, and improving healthcare case-management workflows. I enjoy using data, process design, and practical technology to make complex operations clearer and more reliable.
