What I'm looking for

I'm building toward AI systems architecture, applying data integrity, quality, auditability, and standardise-before-automate principles to AI-augmented pipelines, orchestration, and tooling.

I design and deploy automated intelligence systems: the kind that replace manual reporting with self-running pipelines and dashboards that update themselves.

At Meta, I built the quality intelligence infrastructure for a global sales operations team: automated ETL pipelines processing thousands of records daily, a rater-agreement quality assurance layer that turned raw model output into something the business could actually act on, and interactive dashboards serving four regional teams across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NA. All scheduled, all monitored, all built to outlast their builder.

My edge isn't just technical. It's architectural. I think in systems: what data exists, what decisions it enables, what should be automated versus what needs human judgment, and how to build infrastructure that fails loudly instead of silently. I use AI as an engineering multiplier, not a toy, orchestrating LLMs and automation tools to compress weeks of analytical work into minutes.

Before Meta, I spent a decade building data operations across F&B (S$100M revenue tracking), industrial manufacturing (APAC-wide CRM analytics), and customer operations (one workflow eliminated outright, 80%+ productivity gain).

I'm exploring roles in data operations, analytics leadership, AI-augmented automation, and intelligence infrastructure, anywhere a senior IC or player-coach can build systems that make organisations measurably smarter.
