What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level customer service role where I can support customers, develop my communication and computer skills, and grow within a professional company.

I've supported patients at Centro Médico Otorrino by providing orientation, managing calls, coordinating services, and assisting in emergency situations.

At Laboratorio de Patología Drs. Díaz González y Dias Martinez, I've worked as a warehouse manager, data entry clerk, and insurance agent. My work includes organizing information, handling computer-based tasks, and supporting operational needs.

I'm currently pursuing a Law degree at Universidad del Caribe (UNICARIBE) while strengthening my budgeting and practical English skills through UBITS courses.

I'm a motivated, reliable, and adaptable professional eager to provide excellent customer service and grow within a professional company.
