I’m a detail-oriented administrative and document processing professional with experience across financial services, medical reception, and data entry. In my Transaction Specialist II role, I reviewed and processed financial documents with a high level of accuracy, verified information, maintained confidentiality, resolved discrepancies, and met production goals.
In healthcare, I’ve scheduled appointments, verified insurance, registered patients and updated demographics, collected payments, and supported daily front-office operations while working with Epic electronic health records. I’m currently completing AAPC CPC training (including Practicode and internship/job-ready preparation) and I’m ready to apply my accuracy-first approach to remote patient access, medical coding, and medical document processing.
