I’m looking for voice-platform lifecycle operations where I can own secure configuration, support BAU escalations, communicate risks clearly, and improve services with automation—while maintaining controlled change and strong collaboration across technical stakeholders.

I’m a senior voice and unified communications engineer with 10+ years of experience designing, operating, troubleshooting, and modernizing secure enterprise voice, video, and collaboration infrastructure for Department of Defense and research environments. I bring deep hands-on expertise across SIP call routing, Cisco CUBE, SBC policy frameworks, and PSTN/carrier interconnection, with strong lifecycle focus on controlled change, risk-aware execution, and continuity of mission communications services.

In my recent roles, I’ve supported and sustained Cisco-based collaboration services, engineered Cisco IOS-XE routing and QoS dependencies for real-time signaling and media, and replaced legacy monitoring with model-driven telemetry to improve observability and incident analysis. I’ve also led architecture and operations work for DoD 911 modernization, authored CONOPS content, standardized enterprise voice, and coordinated large-scale technical refresh efforts—while mentoring stakeholders through clear documentation and knowledge transfer.
