What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote customer success role where I can own the full account lifecycle, drive retention and revenue growth, coach teams, and resolve complex escalations with empathy across time zones.

I’m a customer-facing operations leader with 15+ years driving revenue, retention, and team performance in high-volume, client-intensive environments. I own the full customer lifecycle—acquisition, onboarding, escalation, and long-term reactivation—to turn complex relationships into real outcomes.

In my current and prior roles, I manage escalated client and guest issues with speed and empathy, coordinate cross-functional teams during high-stakes events, and use consultative selling to increase revenue per account and repeat bookings. I also lead training and coaching, applying operational data to improve efficiency while protecting service quality.

I’m bilingual in English and French, and I’m fully remote and location-independent across all time zones. I bring a trust-first approach to account management, onboarding, stakeholder communication, and service excellence—so customers stay, grow, and recommend.
