Assist customers in the U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 program by reviewing rental information and approving dispatches. Process claim sessions, handle customer questions, and perform verification via outbound calls and digital chat/phone.

Inspect, verify, and document incoming shipments for damage or accuracy, and prepare outgoing orders for distribution. Maintain real-time inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and operate warehouse machinery while following health and safety regulations.

Coordinate team schedules, deadlines, and project timelines as a central point of contact between team members, stakeholders, and external vendors. Maintain project plans, reports, and meeting minutes; monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and risks, and support budget tracking.

Sort, load, and deliver mail and packages on assigned routes on foot or via LLV/FFV vehicles while providing customer service. Follow route schedules, maintain route security, and use scanners to track items, including assisting other routes and performing duties in varying weather.

Respond to residential, commercial, and vehicle fires using water streams and specialized equipment to control and extinguish fires. Perform search and rescue, vehicle extrication, and emergency medical assistance, and help with inspections, fire code enforcement, community education, and training drills.

Manage HR data, records, and documentation for Soldiers, including promotions, evaluations (NCOERs/OERs), and awards. Use Army HR systems such as IPPS-A and eMILPO to support strength management, postal operations, casualty reporting, and personnel in-processing/out-processing.

Earned an associate’s degree in Computer Network Systems at ITT Technical Institute from 2010 to 2012.
