I manage user accounts and access across AD, SharePoint, IVS, Qmatic, and DUO, and support email flow through FortiMail/ESA. I also use PL/SQL to monitor EOD and transactions.
Previously, I provided IT support at Dhafir Development & Contracting LLC, troubleshooting Windows, hardware, software, printers, and storage devices. I also handled AD user management, DHCP, remote support, and data backups.
