I am an 18-year-old motivated and reliable individual with hands-on experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, and customer service. I have worked in fast-paced environments handling high call volumes and managing enquiries across phone, online, and in-person channels.

At JCT4Automotive I regularly made 80–120 outbound calls per day, re-engaged leads, qualified interest, handled objections professionally, and recorded customer information accurately using digital systems. I consistently worked to daily and weekly targets and collaborated with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

During a work placement at D Morgan Civil Engineering I completed over 300 hours on site, followed safety procedures, communicated with supervisors and contractors, and assisted with surveying, setting out, and basic CAD tasks. My T Level in Civil Engineering and AS levels in Mathematics, Business, and Computer Science support my practical and analytical capabilities.

I am currently seeking part-time remote work alongside my college studies where I can contribute strong communication skills, organisation, time management, and a consistent work ethic. Outside work I pursue investing, day trading, fitness, and self-improvement to sharpen discipline and decision-making.
