Development economist at ODI Global identifying programs addressing gendered disinformation and technology-facilitated gender-based violence.

United Kingdom
Message

At ODI Global, I identify programs addressing gendered disinformation and technology-facilitated gender-based violence in Spain and Latin America, and document evaluations and impact studies. I also redefined program and policy databases to capture their scope, target populations, and descriptions.

At Centro de Investigación y Acción Educativa Social (CIASES), I led the design of four educational assessments tailored to the Nicaraguan context. I conducted psychometric and descriptive analysis and produced baseline reports and presentations with findings and recommendations for project partners and donors.

At Creative Associates International, I designed and implemented impact evaluation frameworks for a USAID-funded workforce development activity reaching more than 19,000 vulnerable young people. I analyzed socioeconomic data and program effectiveness, and produced operational knowledge products to inform adaptive decisions.
