I’m looking to grow in product management where I can translate customer insights into service improvements, support product strategy, and lead cross-functional delivery—using data, clear communication, and process optimization to raise satisfaction and business outcomes.

I’m a results-driven Product Management professional with over three years of experience supporting the development, improvement, and delivery of business and service-based products. I focus on coordinating teams, analyzing customer needs, and helping execute product strategy that strengthens both service quality and performance.

At Penhall Consulting Company, I spearheaded improvements to service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver training and service content, conducted market research for product positioning, monitored performance, and introduced data-driven service improvements. I also developed digital content to boost brand visibility and engagement and streamlined onboarding processes to improve the client experience.

Previously, as a Customer Experience & Service Optimization Officer at Multi-Choice Studios, I analyzed customer feedback to identify service delivery gaps and improve performance. I facilitated interdepartmental collaboration to resolve service challenges, generated reports on performance trends, and delivered insights that informed key product and service decisions—strengthening customer retention through improved service strategies.
