At my current private-client role, I support lead generation, sales, and administration while managing leads, pipelines, and follow-ups in Zoho and LeadPro.
I answer email and chat inquiries, take calls, create branded advertisement images, and submit invoices through Portal. I also coordinate calendars using Google Calendar.
Previously, at Buwelo Exactstar, I handled customer calls, SMS, and email, scheduled technical routes, trained new team members, and reached sales quotas. I also taught English at Hi Tutor.Com Inc. and developed lesson plans at Mentor’s Hub.
