I navigate the intersection of business and IT solutions, focusing on seamless processes and strategic project management. I’m currently self-employed as a P2P Business Readiness Analyst and Software Implementation Consultant, deploying new software packages through detailed analysis of order, approval, receipt, invoicing, and payment procedures.
I lead stakeholder meetings to ensure I understand organizational needs deeply, then prepare comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and support decision-making via comparative evaluations. I also bridge business stakeholders and development teams by translating workflows and requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and software features.
Some of my proudest work includes project management for TimePlan in France, remotely installing an HR tool compliant with local regulations and resolving problems while motivating users during system transitions. I also spent a year building a business-specific Netsuite quotation tool, creating an Agile-compliant commercial app with roadmap planning, Jira follow-up, and stakeholder training.
Before my self-employed ventures, I served as a Project SME for ERP implementation across 16 countries, supporting O2C and P2P processes, migrations, validation, and training. Earlier, as an Operations Manager, I implemented “the Riwal Way” using Lean methodologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, and I supported ERP adoption as a key user for Insync.
