What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused hospitality, reservations, or administrative role where I can manage enquiries, resolve incidents, coordinate operations, and support international customers.

I've managed hotel reservations, guest enquiries, payment follow-up, group bookings, and reception operations at Best Western CMC IMAGINE and Hotel Costabella Girona. I resolve incidents across telephone, email, and in-person service while coordinating teams and hotel departments.

My experience also spans international customer service and administration at Kave Home, Transports Tresserras, Saüc Jardineria, and Jugarijugar. I work comfortably with PMS, channel managers, CRM tools, Microsoft 365, invoicing, order follow-up, and multilingual customer communication in Spanish, Catalan, French, and English.
