I’m a resourceful, detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant with a proven record supporting senior executives, CEOs, and department heads. I’m known for excellent communication and organization, and for anticipating needs to ensure seamless executive support.
In my current role as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Operations, I provide high-level virtual and in-office administrative support. I manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, and I screen calls, emails, and meeting requests to prioritize the VP’s time.
Previously, I served as a Virtual Specialist (Management/Operations) and Executive Assistant, overseeing daily office operations and transitioning to virtual support during the pandemic. I also implemented and maintained CRM systems and document management tools, supporting smooth scheduling for client meetings and property showings.
Earlier experience includes working as an Executive Secretary II, providing direct support to public works and executive leadership. I handled confidential municipal records, coordinate public appearances and meetings, and supported document drafting, editing, expense reporting, budgeting, and contract/document management using tools like DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat.
