I’m looking for a team where my valuation, negotiation, and relationship-building strengths can drive results. I want opportunities that value data-driven decisions, strong client service, and smooth transaction collaboration.

I’m a Real Estate Broker and Advisor based in Indiana, working across Indiana and Illinois. I analyze market trends, rent rolls, operating statements, and comparable sales to deliver strategic pricing and valuation guidance, while building relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and industry professionals.

I’ve also led client acquisition and deal execution through cold calling, territory development, referrals, and broker outreach, and I support transactions by collaborating with lenders, attorneys, and title companies. Earlier in my career, I served as a Financial Services Officer in agricultural production and as an Insurance Agent, which strengthened my financial analysis, budgeting, and risk/coverage advisory approach.
