I’m a relationship-focused strategic account and client operations professional who delivers measurable service outcomes in high-volume environments. I bridge enterprise clients, internal operations, and external partners to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

In my current role as a Risk Management & Insurance Specialist (Enterprise Insurance Portfolio Manager), I manage an enterprise insurance portfolio across 10+ policy lines supporting multi-property real estate operations. I coordinate renewals, underwriting submissions, and broker negotiations to control costs, lead claims management from reporting through resolution, and maintain insurance certificates and schedules of values for 50+ vendors. I also conduct contract risk analysis to ensure proper risk transfer and rewrote the Risk Management Plan and Safety Manual to standardize policies and reduce compliance risk.

Previously, as a Senior Territory Manager (Client Portfolio & Account Manager), I managed 600–800 concurrent client assignments and coordinated operations through a 100+ consultant network across multiple states. I served as the primary liaison between carrier clients and field consultants, and I led departmental restructuring and training initiatives to support growth—while recruiting and onboarding consultants to maintain service capacity and coverage.

Earlier in my career, I built execution and accuracy in client operations as an Appraisal Coordinator at loanDepot, managing 600+ active appraisal orders and ranking among top-performing coordinators for efficiency and productivity. I also developed onboarding and training materials to accelerate ramp-up, and I’ve supported residential leasing and property operations through my work as a Property Manager/Realtor® and Residential Leasing Associate.
