I’m a customer service professional with 6 years of experience managing and resolving customer inquiries across multiple channels, specializing in account management, billing, and service issues. I focus on achieving customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution through active listening and problem-solving.

In healthcare and customer support roles, I’ve supported members and patients with benefits, eligibility, authorizations, and billing—while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. I use EHR systems including Epic and Cerner, and I partner with healthcare providers, care teams, and internal departments to verify insurance coverage and resolve issues efficiently.

I also bring strong CRM-driven workflow discipline, documenting interactions in Salesforce and Zendesk, processing payments/refunds and account changes, and consistently meeting service-level and productivity objectives. I’m now seeking a Customer Service Representative role to leverage CRM systems, de-escalation, and HIPAA compliance.
