I'm looking for a remote customer service or customer support role where I can use accurate documentation, communication, follow-up, and workflow coordination to help customers and teams resolve requests efficiently.

I've supported operations at Labeyrie since 2017, maintaining production records, operational reports, inventory tracking, shipment documentation, and high-volume data updates.

Earlier, at Jacqueline Brun Poultry Processing Plant, I tracked deliveries, maintained transportation records, coordinated schedules, and helped operations and transportation teams complete smooth daily handoffs. I also supported architectural project documentation and digital file management using AutoCAD.
