What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a 100% remote role where I can contribute in customer support, administration, operations, e-commerce, digital work, or systems support. I value organization, communication, problem-solving, autonomy, learning opportunities, and the chance to become productive quickly.

I've managed day-to-day retail operations at Styleconnection, overseeing scheduling, cash handling, inventory, suppliers, orders, and invoicing.

I implemented and optimized Shopify, GestMag, and POS/inventory systems, while managing product data and the complete online-order lifecycle from customer inquiries through after-sales service.

Previously, I directed restaurant and bar operations at MoodNight Resto/Bar, using cost and sales analysis to improve pricing and workforce allocation while maintaining service, hygiene, and safety standards.

I'm fluent in French and English, comfortable training users and troubleshooting systems, and bring multimedia and video-editing training alongside a practical, adaptable approach to fully remote work.
