What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role supporting senior management and day-to-day operations—owning event coordination, communications, reporting, and client/customer care, with room to use analytics tools like Power BI to drive performance.

I’m an executive assistant and operations-oriented professional, providing high-level administrative support to General and Commercial Directors. I manage agendas, meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications—always with a proactive, team-first mindset.

In Paris, I led full-cycle corporate event organisation, from concept to implementation (for 75011 Paris). I also prepared reports, presentations, and correspondence, supported commercial activities by monitoring sales KPIs, and worked with commercial analytics tools such as Power BI.

My background also includes e-commerce customer care and client communication roles, where I handled customer interactions across multiple platforms and CRMs (including Salesforce) in English, Italian, and French. I bring strong communication, organizational, and research skills from my museum internship work as a Researcher and Cultural Mediator, including archival research and guided tours.
