I’m looking to lead cross-channel paid acquisition, refine measurement with GA4/GTM, run continuous experiments, and improve post-click journeys through CRO—working with teams that value data-driven marketing and performance reporting.

I’m a Performance Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads for e-commerce, marketplaces, and lead generation businesses. I combine campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance reporting with a strong focus on measurement and continuous optimization.

I build robust measurement frameworks using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio, then turn data into action. I manage monthly budgets up to approximately €9,000 and optimize across audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and campaign structure to improve CTR, CPC, and overall media performance.

I lead experimentation through continuous A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and audience segments to reduce creative fatigue and identify higher-performing combinations.
