What I'm looking for
I’m an Executive Assistant and Office Manager who takes ownership of fast-moving executive needs—complex calendar management, payroll processing, employee benefits, invoice documentation and payment, and notarial acts. I also support day-to-day operations like facilitating office maintenance, managing virtual office needs, handling mail forwarding, and coordinating licensing applications.
Previously, as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, I managed rental properties and finances, scheduled business and personal appointments, handled documentation and payments, and supported travel by booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. I consistently handled phone calls and emails, wrote letters, and ran errands to keep leadership fully unblocked.
I’ve also built strong people-and-process skills through music industry operations. I managed jazz artists—scouting and connecting talent to the right opportunities, negotiating contracts/riders/record deals, coordinating travel and lodging, maintaining social media/website, creating expense reports, and distributing payments. As a Venue Manager, I booked talent, scheduled rehearsals and soundchecks, negotiated and wrote contracts, handled press requests, coordinated large group sales, managed the team, and kept office and gift shop operations running smoothly.
