I’m an IT Support Specialist II who designs and implements enterprise identity and access management solutions across Active Directory, Office365, Azure AD, and specialized scientific applications. I translate complex technical requirements for C-level stakeholders and architect VPN and security protocols like PAN GlobalProtect and Okta MFA to ensure compliance and operational efficiency across 200+ users.
I partner with engineering and compliance teams to document technical solutions and create architecture guidance for IT infrastructure decisions, then I drive outcomes through root-cause analysis that prevents recurring downtime. From endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Okta MFA, and monitoring with Intune and SolarWinds, to Tier 2 support across SCCM, JAMF, OneDrive, Box, and CrashPlan, I focus on reliable systems, clear documentation, and hands-on help—while building my long-term foundation through an M.S. in Applied Data Science with coursework in Cloud Architecture, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Advanced SQL, and Python for Data Science.
