At SafeBoda, I handled customer issues through chat, calls, and ticketing systems while investigating problems by checking logs, testing features, and reproducing issues. I escalated complex cases to engineering with clear documentation, reported bugs, and worked with product teams to provide feedback for improvements.

I also managed high volumes of requests while staying accurate and calm, tracked recurring issues, and contributed to internal support knowledge bases. Earlier, in Customer Support at SafeBoda, I guided users through product-related processes, identified patterns in customer behaviour, and partnered with internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues.
