I want to be on the front lines of a growing SaaS team—solving customer problems, learning the product and industry deeply, and communicating clearly so customers can succeed with it.

I’m a curious, dependable customer support professional ready to help customers solve problems, learn the product, and succeed with it. I don’t just want to close tickets—I want to understand the product and the industry well enough to genuinely help customers grow their businesses, and I’m comfortable diving deeper than surface-level answers.
