I’m a Medical Care Coordinator II with years of experience handling high-volume calls, intake requests, and real-time updates while keeping strict compliance and customer satisfaction at the center of my work.

In my current role, I answer multi-line VOIP calls, route and schedule medical requests for workers comp patients, and troubleshoot issues with adjustors and payors before information moves forward for billing to support timely payment.
