I’m a dedicated healthcare administrative professional with experience in medical billing, insurance claims processing, and patient account management. I’m recognized for strong communication skills, attention to detail, and my ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
In my current role as a Billing Specialist, I process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding payments. I post and reconcile patient and insurance payments, verify treatment codes and insurance information, and investigate billing discrepancies to process necessary adjustments and refunds while maintaining detailed financial records and documentation.
Previously, as a Front Desk Receptionist, I greeted patients and managed check-in/check-out processes, scheduling, and patient payments. I also verified insurance information and supported patients by assisting with administrative requests and resolving concerns.
Earlier leadership roles strengthened how I run day-to-day operations and support teams.
