I seek a hands-on IT support or help-desk role where I can apply hardware and networking skills, solve customer issues, collaborate with vendors, and grow toward systems administration while completing my certification.

I am a bilingual IT Support Specialist fluent in Mandarin and English with hands-on experience troubleshooting devices, networks, and applications. I provide help desk support, resolve hardware and software issues, and coordinate with vendors to keep systems running smoothly.

I owned and managed business technology operations, implemented process documentation, and handled vendor and bank coordination to resolve client system and payment issues. At T-Mobile I delivered device and network troubleshooting and achieved perfect customer feedback scores.

I build and configure custom PCs, perform BIOS/UEFI setup and performance optimization, and maintain technical documentation. I am completing the Google IT Support Certificate (expected Oct 2025) to strengthen my Windows, networking, and systems administration skills.
