I'm looking for an opportunity in field sales, customer acquisition, customer relationship management, or business development where I can engage clients, support follow-up and repayment processes, and grow while following credit procedures.

I build customer pipelines by identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls, and maintaining organized customer records.

As a Business Administration and Management graduate, I bring strengths in customer relationship management, lead generation, client engagement, communication, negotiation, and relationship building.

I'm comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM tools to support customer acquisition, follow-up, and field engagement. I'm particularly interested in contributing to loan client acquisition, customer support, repayment follow-up, and credit-procedure compliance.
