I’m looking for a remote Business Development Specialist role where I can drive client acquisition, manage CRM pipelines, and grow revenue through relationship-based selling and targeted outreach in a results-focused team.

I’m a results-driven Business Development and Sales professional with 6 years of experience in banking, focused on client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management. I consistently identify business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive sales growth.

In my current role as a Business Development & Operations Manager, I manage daily operations, customer service, and relationship management while developing acquisition and retention strategies. I execute sales, marketing, and business growth initiatives, maintain operational documentation, and build repeat business through strong customer relationships.

Previously at Access Bank PLC, I acquired and onboarded over 50 new customers monthly through prospecting and relationship-building. I managed SME and retail portfolios, activated digital banking solutions, reactivated dormant accounts through targeted outreach, and used CRM systems to track interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.

Earlier, as a Financial Analyst at AMPG Microfinance Limited, I supported business decisions with financial and customer data analysis and maintained accurate reporting and records.
