I’m a customer-focused sales professional who turns strong communication into real results. I’ve built client relationships through high-volume inbound and outbound outreach, product support, and call-center style support while consistently resolving issues and keeping experiences smooth.

In my Housing Coordinator role with Volunteers of America, I supported HUD VASH clients by collecting documentation, developing individualized housing plans, and coordinating lease signings, move-in processes, and voucher issuance. I also handled call center triage, made outbound follow-up calls for eligibility verification and reminders, and maintained accurate records in case management systems to track progress.

Earlier, as an Account Manager at Earphone Connection, I served as the primary point of contact for key accounts and led weekly product and radio accessories training sessions. I planned and executed digital marketing campaigns, created marketing content for releases and promotions, managed customer databases to support nationwide initiatives, and drove customer satisfaction and account retention—skills I now want to apply to remote sales growth.
