At Cargill, I lead strategic talent acquisition operations across 20 North American sites and develop a team of 17 recruiters. I partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, competency modeling, sourcing innovation, employer branding, and scalable hiring strategies.

I've pioneered AI-driven recruiting technology and led its enterprise deployment, delivering $100k in annual cost savings while improving operational efficiency and candidate experience. My work also spans applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, talent pipelines, U.S. and Canadian employment compliance, and inclusive team development.

Across Cargill roles in recruitment marketing, training, university recruiting, and employment recruiting, I've supported high-volume hiring, onboarded 400+ interns and co-ops virtually, helped fill 50 roles through job fairs, and improved hiring and onboarding processes.
