At Pentair, I support labor relations for two bargaining units, including grievances, arbitrations, monthly union meetings, contract negotiations, and union job bids. I also coach managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.

I've managed leave administration, FMLA, STD, LTD, benefits, payroll-related employee data, new-hire orientation, and timekeeping transformation work for multi-union manufacturing sites. I'm also participating in Pentair's HR AI transformation team and use Microsoft Copilot to improve day-to-day HR processes and communications.

Earlier at Spherion Mid Ohio and TE Connectivity, I recruited and onboarded candidates, supported disciplinary action and COVID-19 absences, maintained attendance processes, and led employee engagement activities. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, am SHRM Certified Professional, and serve as a board member of the North Central Ohio Human Resource Association.
