What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can apply labor relations, employee relations, compensation, compliance, investigations, and training experience to support employees and management.

I negotiate labor agreements with 21 unions for Ingham County and interpret collective bargaining agreements to support productive employee and management relationships.

I lead classification and compensation work, including job descriptions and JAQ review, placement, and scoring. I also investigate employee complaints, develop policies and procedures, and present training to employees at all levels.

I’ve managed FMLA, workers’ compensation, ADA, OSHA, and MIOSHA responsibilities, including claims, reporting, ergonomic requests, and manager compliance training.
