I’m a strategic Human Resources leader with over a decade of progressive experience, specializing in labor relations, employee relations, and workplace compliance across union and non-union environments. I partner with stakeholders to keep the workplace fair, compliant, and performance-driven—while reducing organizational risk.
In my current role as a Human Resources Manager, I direct HR operations across four dealerships and serve as the primary liaison to Automobile Mechanics Local 701. I manage collective bargaining agreement compliance, union dues and benefit fund contributions, audits, and payroll reporting—while providing timely guidance on hires, terminations, and leave matters to ensure accuracy and adherence to the CBA.
I’ve led workplace investigations and responded to wage claims, subpoenas, and employment-related legal inquiries with professionalism and discretion. I also oversee leave administration (FMLA, workers’ compensation, and related cases), build HR workflows using HRIS/ATS tools, and use HR analytics to improve retention, inform workforce planning, and support data-driven decision-making.
